Welcome to the Fall 2018 Northeast Elite Basketball Season. We look to continue on this past Spring’s success and bring home some more Championships while helping each player become better individually as well as a teammate. Coach Nick Resavy, formerly a member of the Brooklyn Nets and USA Basketball Support Staff as well as a Player and Coach at Syracuse University oversees the Northeast Elite Program.
Fall 2018 Tryouts for all Boys & Girls in Grades 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th will be held Wednesday and Thursday September 5th and 6th, respectively at Concord Road Elementary School in Ardsley, NY and are as follows:
BOYS – Wednesday (9/5)
- Both 4th & 5th Grade Teams: 6:15-7:15
- 6th Grade Teams: 7:15-8:15
- Both 7th & 8th Grade Teams: 8:30-9:30
GIRLS – Thursday (9/6)
- Both 4th & 5th Grade Teams: 6:15-7:15
- 6th Grade Teams: 7:15-8:15
- Both 7th & 8th Grade Teams: 8:30-9:30
Please bring an unsealed envelope with $10 and the attached completed Waiver to Tryouts. No Waiver, no Tryouts. Also, please do not send your child with a ball.
- Fall Practices will start approximately the week of September 10th and run through mid-November; 2X per week. 7th & 8th Grade Teams will practice 1x per week on Wednesday evenings. Practices and Tournaments will be completed by November 18th so as not to interfere with Thanksgiving Week or the beginning of most Travel and CYO Basketball.
- Most Practices will be held in Ardsley/Edgemont or Scarsdale with the exception of 4B and 6B which will have one practice per week in Ardsley and one practice per week in New Castle. Exact days and times will be announced at Tryouts.
- We will be participating in three Weekend Tournaments in the Tri-State area; Tournament Dates will also be given out at Tryouts.
This Fall Season is a great way to get your kids ready for Travel, CYO, Modified, JV and Varsity Hoops.
